Welcome to Serving Together, the official blog of Serve Denton! We aim to build a stronger, more connected community by creating and maintaining shared spaces where nonprofits, service providers, and community members can collaborate and thrive. You may be asking, “Why shared spaces?” Quite simply, these are more than just physical locations. They are dynamic environments where ideas, resources, and people converge.  

These spaces foster collaboration, innovation, and support among nonprofits and service organizations. By co-locating services, we can create a seamless network of support that addresses the diverse needs of our community members.

Bringing together various services under one roof makes it easier for individuals and families to receive the support they need without navigating a complex web of organizations.

For example, the Community Spaces Network published its 2024 State of the Sector report in October, which is free and offers valuable insights into the difference shared spaces can make.

Please get to know the incredible nonprofits and service providers that call our shared spaces home. We’ll spotlight their missions, programs, and the fantastic work they do to make our community a better place.
