This year, the Mayor’s Day of Concern for the Hungry food drive will take place from Saturday, May 6 through Friday, May 12! The final numbers will be announced at the press conference on Friday, May 19.

Last year, you helped us raise 22,107 pounds of food to benefit many of the food pantries in Denton County! #StopDentonCoHunger

Over 109,000 Denton County residents do not know where their next meal will come from, including 10% of seniors and 18% of children, but we rarely hear about this issue here at home.

This event is sponsored by the Denton Hunger Coalition!
